Yo, I'm Kyle

A Social Media & Community Manager for the people.

I'm here to help.

Hello! I'm Kyle Brigman, a Community Manager reigning from Small Town Missouri, USA. I have spent 9 years in community management with 5 years in social media marketing, specializing in the gaming and fintech industries.

Growing up as a Millennial in suburban America has given me a deep understanding of community and belonging. It takes a village to raise a child, but you can't expect a village if you don't take care of the villagers.

When I join a community, I elevate it. I am deeply committed to keeping spaces thriving through event management and compassionate moderation to ensure that they remain welcoming and friendly. By keeping open, genuine dialogue and mastering the tools necessary for growth, I have successfully helped scale multiple communities to millions of members without sacrificing culture or transparency.

I was raised on a diet of coffee, games, and internet culture. My early love for Nintendo and Blizzard titles led me to early forums, where I bonded with others over our nerdy passions. Message boards evolved into Reddit and Discord, where I cut my teeth on community management. I take pride in serving my communities and will always jump in to fill any gap, handling everything from moderation and campaigns to bot maintenance, documentation, and developer AMAs.

Most recently, I entered the world of fintech by serving Exodus Movement, Inc as Senior Community Manager and External Communications Director. In these roles, I championed the brand’s voice across seven platforms, ensuring every interaction remained friendly, engaging, and consistent. I spun many plates to bridge the gap between the company and our users, orchestrating product launches, managing the full press release pipeline, and hosting social events like CEO AMAs and fireside chats. Whether I was representing the brand on podcasts, offering tech support, or meeting with legal and finance, my focus was always on fostering empathy and transparency.

In a social media landscape full of noise and spam, people are searching for communities where they feel a genuine connection. My philosophy is that organizations need to come down from their pedestals and meet their audiences by embracing what I call "Digital Hospitality". Humans have a deep need to feel welcomed, cared for, and like they belong. Hospitality isn’t just about hotels and restaurants; it’s about fulfilling those needs. Any organization can join this industry simply by giving their community more than they expect. Every company needs a community team that wakes up every morning thinking, 'Let's blow everyone's minds today.'

If you've read this far, you rock. I am always looking for the next village to help raise. It doesn't matter if you're thinking small or dreaming big; if you want to build a community that lasts, I’m here to make it happen. Feel free to reach out by visiting my Contact page. Let's jam.
