r/CryptoCurrency Talk with Exodus CEO JP Richardson - Coordinated with the r/CryptoCurrency moderation team to host a Reddit Talk with Exodus CEO JP Richardson. During the Talk, we took questions from the r/CryptoCurrency community across a range of topics. The Talk reached 800 peak listeners and 3,500 total listeners while live.

Cardano Web3 Support - Ran communications leading up to the launch of Cardano support for the Exodus Web3 Wallet. This included scheduling teasers leading up to the announcement, running a closed beta program via Discord to gather feedback for final feature polishing, coordinating content with 11 Cardano influencers, and making the release announcement. The beta program involved running an email list that garnered 31,000 signups, leading a testing group with 600 active participants, and collecting feedback to share with the product team. The final campaign totaled 6 million total views and brought Exodus 81,000 additional downloads.

Passkeys Wallet Launch - Led communications leading up to and including the launch of Passkeys Wallet by Exodus, including social media engagement and press release distribution. Post launch, liaised with over 30 external partners by managing developer communication and co-marketing for their Passkeys Wallet integrations.

Exodus <> Ledger Integration Launches - Coordinated co-marketing for the launches of Ledger hardware wallet support for Exodus Mobile and XO Swap for Ledger Live, including social media engagement and press release distribution.

Exodus Spend Card Launch @ BTC Las Vegas 2025 - Led engagement for the launch of the Exodus Spend Card, including liaising with the Exodus team on the show floor at the conference and meeting with users registering for their cards at the Baanx booth. Over 150 cards were successfully distributed at the event.

Algorand Web3 Support - While at Exodus, I helped the organization forge a strong bond with the Algorand community. When Exodus launched Web3 support for Algorand, I announced the feature to the r/Cryptocurrency and r/Algorand_Official communities, wrote in-depth posts detailing how the feature works, and gathered feedback from the Algorand community.

Algorand Governance Tutorials & Reminders - Exodus was the first multi-chain wallet to support the Algorand Governance program. During each governance round, I wrote and published a detailed guide to participating in governance, and answered questions about becoming a governor.

Update Note Communication - Wrote and published notes for each Exodus update. Answered questions regarding each update, collected feedback for the product team, and pinged users whenever we added a feature that they had requested.
